Celebrating Victoria’s Oldest Man

We celebrated Rev. Bill’s 109th Birthday with a Special celebration shared with friends, family and a Special Guest – Chris Grant from the Western Bulldogs with a lovely presentation of a signed jumper and scarf which was all captured by Channel 7 News. Rev. Bill Morgan is Victoria’s Oldest Man.
