Cumberland View Admissions Manager, Brian Wade, says that the energy at Cumberland View is like no other aged care home. ‘I come to work every day excited to see that residents are living their best life, that they are happy, getting involved and having fun, it’s what life is all about.’

‘People often think that when coming into care that everything is the way that it is, but it is so much more than that,’ says Brian. ‘Whether it’s permanent or respite care, it’s their home, so we encourage residents to bring in any furniture or belongings that make them feel at home, because it is home.’
